Exposure draft of statutory definition of charity Bills

Yesterday afternoon, the Assistant Treasurer and the Minister for Social Inclusion released the exposure drafts of a Charities Bill 2013 and Charities (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2013.
